Oklahoma Senate Passes Illegal Immigration Bill

The bill makes it illegal to transport known illegal immigrants within the state. In addition, it requires employers to verify work authorization for all new employees and would make it a crime for an employer to discharge a legal resident while keeping an illegal immigrant in a comparable job.
